What Is SALA ?
The South African Leadership Awards (SALA) is a program of the Worldwide Institute of Leadership and Development (WILD). Worldwide Institute of Leadership and Development (WILD) is a Leadership Training, Coaching, Consulting and Research organization which seeks to inspire, empower, develop and produce world-class leaders. One of the instrument of achieving this, is through leadership seminars, workshops, conferences, awards and dialogues. Since 2020, WILD has hosted 180 leadership sessions which runs every Wednesday via zoom platform. These sessions have been addressed by 300 speakers (Scholars and Industry Experts) covering 86 leadership topics with a cumulative number of 10000 participants. WILD also hosted the WILD International Leadership Conferences in 2021 and 2022. The leadership sessions are attended by the academics from different universities, politicians, members of the media, executives from public and private sectors, community leaders, managers and professionals from all walks of life.
