WE ARE LEADERS IN LEADERSHIP
The Worldwide Institute of Leadership and Development (WILD) was established by its founder, Prof. Mazwe Majola in 2018. Prof. Majola was moved by the desire and passion of training, skills development, building and producing more leaders and also by the dearth and paucity of proper ethical and accountable leadership which exist in our country, continent and beyond. Leadership is everything, when things go wrong anywhere in the world it is most probably due to leadership (or lack thereof). Prof. Majola firmly believes that if we can build and train many aspiring and existing leaders, our societal challenges will be curbed and completely eradicated. WILD is a 100% black owned company with a Level 1 BBBEE status. Company registration number is 2018/461094/07 and its also registered with the government Central Supplier Database (CSD) number MAAA0670820.
Worldwide Institute of Leadership and Development is a study centre of Gideon Robert University. It coaches and mentors post – graduate students who are enrolled with GRU. Founded in 2010, Gideon Robert University (GRU) is a private higher education institution located in the metropolis of Lusaka.
